Puffed salad with mushrooms.



Composition:
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Egg 4 pcs.
Champignons (pickled) 16 pieces
Ham 200 - 250 gr.
Carrots 2 pcs.
Raw melted 2 pcs.
Green onion beam
mayonnaise

Preparation:
Boil potatoes, eggs, carrots. Lay out layers:

- potato + mayonnaise
- finely chopped green onions
- eggs, grated on a large grater + mayonnaise
- mushrooms + mayonnaise
- ham diced + mayonnaise
- carrots, rubbed on a large grater + mayonnaise
- fused cheese + mayonnaise

Put the salad in a cold place for 3 - 6 hours, you can at night. Salad ready!
