The potatoes are rustic.



Peel potatoes, rinse, cut into quarters and boil until ready, drain the water. Smoked sausage (I have hunting, as a rule), bacon or smoked chicken cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into large pieces, garlic with denticles. Put the smalje on the baking sheet and put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt. If you do not lubricate that vegetable oil.
Heat oven to 200 oC. Put the potatoes on a baking tray and mix, so that all sides are plunged into fat, add cumin, marjoram, pepper, a little paprika and mix again. A mixture of spices can be to your taste. Add the onions, garlic, sausage to put in the oven without covering.
After 5-7 minutes. Stir, and so on until the potatoes are ready. Make sure that nothing burned out and more often interfere. At the end of cooking (35-45 minutes) salt with a large salt. I sprinkle with greens before serving and add a little canned corn.
