German apple pie☺












VERY TASTY SAND PIE WITH TROPICAL-APPLE STARTING AND UPPER-BASE.

I've seen a lot of pies in my time-apple and all kinds of pies. But the recipe for this pie settled in my cookbook forever - very tasty, unusual and delicate. Delicate curd-apple pie, with a stunning taste, will not leave anyone indifferent! And the simplicity of cooking and the availability of ingredients will allow you to enjoy both the process and the result. Pie is a successful combination of crumbly short pastry, soft tender vanilla cottage cheese, sweet apples with cinnamon note and top layer of meringue.

For the dough (shape diameter 30x18):
1.5 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
100 g of margarine
50 g sour cream
1 yolk
¼ tbsp. l. soda

For the curd layer
250 g of soft, homogeneous curd (if the curd is granular, rub through a sieve)
1/3 tbsp. Sahara
1 yolk
vanillin

For the apple layer
4-5 medium sized apples
cinnamon

For meringues (or soufflé)
2 protein from large eggs

Preheat the oven to 180-190 °. We connect the yolk, sugar, melted cream margarine, sour cream, baking powder; mix until homogeneous.

In the mixture we sift the flour, knead the soft short pastry.

We distribute the dough in shape, we make low sides, we pierce with a fork.
To prepare the curd mass, grind the cottage cheese with sugar, yolk, vanillin, condensed milk (not necessarily).

We distribute the curd mass over the sand.

We clean the apples from the peel (not necessarily) and from the seeds, cut into thin slices.

Evenly spread the apple slices over the curd layer, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

In the meantime, we are making meringue: whisk the squirrels, sprinkling with lemon juice, gradually add the sugar. For souffle enough pair of spoons of sugar, and for meringue sugar is needed more. In any case, the proteins must be whipped to dense stable peaks at a slow speed of the mixer.

Spread the protein mass over the finished pie and bake for another 10 or 15 minutes (reduce the fire to 170 °).

We let the cooked pie cool.
We cut the cooled pie into portions.
