Fragrant punkcakes




Ingredients:

2 cups (500 ml) of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda (or 1/2 tsp of soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder)
2 tablespoons Sahara
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 cups kefir
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

First you need to beat eggs, add sugar, salt and kefir to them. Then mix the flour with soda and baking powder, add to the egg-kefir mixture and at the end pour melted butter. Bake on a hot frying pan. Turn them as soon as the entire surface is covered with cute bubbles. If you give them a break, then the second side will not look like the first, but this does not affect the taste of pancakes. Pour our pancakes (pancakes) with cherry sauce (or someone that has a tasty, even powdered sugar) and serve it to the table.
