





Ingredients:
Peking cabbage - 400 g
ham - 200 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
canned corn - 100 g
mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper - to taste
green onion
Preparation:
1. Divide the Pekinese cabbage into four longitudinal parts and finely chop it.
2. Cut the ham into small strips of straw
3. Pepper wash, remove the seeds and also cut into strips.
4. With canned corn, drain excess water. Mix the ham, pepper, Peking cabbage and corn.
5. Add salt and add black pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise and decorate with finely chopped green onions.
