Meat rolls for celebratory table





















Ingredients:


Pork fillet - 700 g.
Mushrooms - 500 g.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Egg of chicken - 2 pcs.
Cheese hard - 150 g.
Cream - 1 glass
Salt - to taste
Pepper black ground - to taste
Sunflower oil - 40 g.

Preparation:
1. Let's start with the filling of mushrooms and onions. To do this, heat the frying pan on a moderate heat with 2-3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. Peel the onion and cut it into 1/4 of a round, brown until golden. Do not forget to stir occasionally
2. Rinse and clean the mushrooms, then cut into cubes. When the onion is ready, add chopped mushrooms to the pan. Fry all together for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mushrooms will decrease in size and let the juice - when it evaporates, the frying pan can be removed from the plate
3. Pour the contents of the frying pan into a bowl. Peel the cooked eggs, cut them and add them here.
4. Add the grated cheese
5.Rightly mix everything, add salt and black pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
Now cook the meat. Cut the pork into pieces with a thickness of just under 1 cm. Each piece is salted on both sides and beaten with a meat hammer so that it is thin enough and large enough to wrap the filling in it
6. At one end of the meat piece, put two tablespoons. stuffing
7. Bend the meat And wrap it in a roll
8. Fix using toothpicks or threads
9. Do the same with all meat
10.Pre-heat a frying pan with sunflower oil on a moderate fire. Fry the meat kruchenki from all sides, starting from the side on which you have to seam. When this side is sufficiently fried, the toothpicks can be removed - the roll is already sufficiently fixed
11. Gotovye kruchenyki shift from the frying pan into the tank for baking. Add about 1.5 cups of water
12. Pour the rolls with cream
13. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Put in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot as a main dish with a garnish to your taste
