Ingredients:
0.5 kg of champignons,
1 large onion,

vegetable oil for roasting.
Preparation:
Mushrooms chopped, cut, a little salt and fry over a small fire. Before you pour oil into the pan, you need to fry the mushrooms a little under the closed lid and pour out the liquid that has formed. Peel the onion, cut and fry until golden brown.
Dice chicken, eggs and cucumber. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the corn and mix everything thoroughly. Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix again.
