Pies in five minutes. Well, very light dough!

Ingredients:

- 4 tbsp. flour (sometimes you need a little more, because flour can be different)
- 2 tbsp. l of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- 500 ml. milk (it is possible to heat, it is possible and it is direct from a refrigerator, it was tried and so and so result identical)
- package of dry yeast 11 g. (I use a small bag Safmoment)

This recipe is designed for sloths who love to eat pies and do not want to bother with the dough.

Preparation:

Step 1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fold the received mass in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. ALL!
Stage 2. After two hours you take out the dough from the refrigerator, lightly knead in flour and make cakes with any filling.
The dough is soft, does not stick to your hands, it is well molded and the patties do not fall apart. It can also be used for all kinds of pies in pizza.
