Puffs with apples

Ingredients:
-Closed fresh dough - 0,5 kg
- Apples - 4 pieces
-Egg - 1 piece
-Sugar-50 g;
-Cream butter - 30 gr
-Cinnamon

Preparation:
First we prepare the filling:
Wash the apples thoroughly and cut them into cubes. In a frying pan melt a piece of butter. Put the apples on the pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Stew until soft apples. The filling turns out delicious - you must constantly drive away the household, so that they do not eat it before the dough ends :)

Defrost at room temperature, roll out a little. Cut the dough into rectangles, make the cuts as in the photo. On the reverse side of the cuts put the stuffing. Fillings to lay out how much it will fit: the more, the more delicious, but without fanaticism - so that you can pierce the edges. Protect the edges. Put the puffs on a baking sheet, top with a yolk. Lubricates to get a delicious after baking. Bake at 220 degrees to a crispy crust. Incredibly delicious puffs with apples are ready!
