Ingredients:
-1 packing of sheet pita bread (3 leaves),
-250g mayonnaise,
-3 var. eggs,
-150-200g of cheese,
-1 saury bank,
-dill,
-Green onion.
Preparation:
Lay out lavash. Lubricate each leaf with mayonnaise. On one, grate the eggs, on the second cheese, on the third-crushed fork. For each leaf sprinkle with onions and dill.
Turn the first sheet into roll. Put it in the beginning of the second sheet and continue folding. Then put the third sheet at the top and wrap the roll to the end. Remove it in the bag and in the fridge. Best for the night, it will so become soaked better.
