Ingredients:
Dough:
3 eggs,
1 cup kefir,
1 cup sah.peska,
0.5 tsp soda (pay off),
2 cups of flour.
It's good to beat up (dough like thick sour cream).
Divide the dough by 2 equal. part, add 1 teaspoon to one. cocoa.
Bake 2 cakes, cool and cut with a sharp knife at 2.
Cream:
500 gr of sour cream,
100 gr. sah.peska.
Preparation:
Peel the cream with cream (if desired, you can add nuts, candied fruits).
Top with cacao.
Let it brew (3 hours).
