Very delicious, tender apple pie with meringue








Ingredients for the dough:
Wheat flour - 250 gr (+, -)
Sugar - 100 gr
Egg yolk - 3 pieces
Butter - 100 gr

For filling:
Apples - 3-4 pieces
Sugar - 50 + 50 gr, you can and slightly less)
Egg whites - 3 pcs.

Preparation:
In a bowl, put softened butter, sugar and yolks, mix thoroughly.
Add the sifted flour, knead the dough.
Put the dough into a baking dish, form the sides, put it in the refrigerator for a while, while we are preparing the filling.
Peel apples and cut into cubes.
Put apples and sugar in a saucepan, pour 100 ml of water, bring to a boil.
Stew apples until softened 10-15 minutes. Must get a thick mass, reminiscent of jam.
Put the filling on the cake.
Oven to warm up to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Chilled whipped egg whites with sugar until strong peaks. Put the whipped proteins on the surface of the cake.
Put the form with the pie in the oven and bake until the beautiful blanching of the proteins.
Slice the pie more conveniently chilled. We color it to taste)
