For 1 kg. carrots:
3 tbsp.sahara,
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground coriander,
2 tbsp vinegar
0.5 tsp black pepper,
a pinch of red ground pepper,
5 cloves of garlic,
100-150 grams of vegetable oil.
Grate the carrots on a special grater, sprinkle with all the spices on top, lightly knead it with your hands, put it in a bowl, add vinegar, garlic, passed through the garlic press, and vegetable oil (oil must be boiled).
