CHEESE sauce for pasta


INGREDIENTS:
● Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
● Milk - 1 cup
● Butter - 50 g
● Vegetable oil
● Salt
● Pepper
● grated cheese (can be two kinds) - 200 g
● Cumin
● Basil

PREPARATION:
We warm up the vegetable oil, add the flour and fry until golden brown, slowly volem glass of milk, stirring, bring to a boil, add the grated cheese, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings, soft butter (it must advance from the refrigerator) and mix. Serve hot, pasta bay or you can put out the pasta in the sauce a couple of minutes.
