GREAT POTATO garnish
This dish will be the star of your holiday feasts!
INGREDIENTS:
● 2 kg red potatoes
● 5-6 strips of bacon - cut into pieces
● 5 tablespoons of olive oil
● 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
● 10 cloves of garlic mash with chesnokodavilku
● 1-2 tablespoons (optional) Olive oil
● 3 sprigs thyme
● Salt and black pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 170 °
2. Mix 5 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and garlic paste into a large bowl.
3. Thoroughly wash the potatoes. Thinly slice the potatoes, the best result will give a special grater. (About 1 millimeter) Now spread all the potatoes in the olive oil mixture until evenly coated. Arrange the potato slices (accordion) 25 cm baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
4. Take out of the oven. Daubed 2mya tablespoons of olive oil over the tops of the potato slices.
5. The bacon and thyme place between the potato slices. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Return to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are completely ready. Potatoes should be soft in the middle and crispy on the outside edges.
