CHOCOLATE BOOM

INGREDIENTS:

● Flour - 1.5 cups

● Cocoa powder - 4 tablespoons. spoons

● Soda for food -. 1 tsp

● Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon

● Sugar - 200 grams

● Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

● Vanilla sugar - 0.5 bags

● The salt - 1 pinch

● Water - 200 ml.

● Instant coffee - 0.5 tsp.




PREPARATION:
1. In a large bowl mix the dry products: flour, salt, soda, food, cocoa powder. In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil with the sugar, add the instant coffee, lemon juice and water. Beat with a mixer until sugar is dissolved. Then, the dry mix pouring the liquid portion of the dough and thoroughly mixed using a mixer or usual for many corolla.
