CORN-DOG

Snack at times, two, three

INGREDIENTS:
● Flour - 100 gr.
● Corn flour - 100 gr.
● Sugar - 3 tbsp.
● Paprika - 1 tbsp.
● Soda - 1.5 tsp.
● Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
● Salt - 0.5 tsp.
● Egg - 1 piece.
● Milk - 2 tbsp.
● Sausages - 6 pcs.
● Oil for frying - 300 ml.

PREPARATION:
First you need to mix the dry ingredients. At once I will tell - corn flour here is necessary, it gives the right taste. If you can not find it, try polenta, it is more common. Mix well the dry ingredients, add the egg and gradually pour in the milk. The dough should be very thick, adjust the consistency with milk or flour. Sausages string on skewers. It is necessary to roll them in flour, so that they better hold the dough on their own. It is very important.

Now, the trick, the dough should be poured into the narrowest and tallest vessel. Cocktail glasses or some small vases are suitable. This is necessary so that we can freely lower the sausages and the test is enough for them all. Pour oil in the pan (about 2 cm) and warm it well. Then lower the sausage completely into the dough and carefully take out, slightly scrolling the skewer. This is to ensure that the dough does not go clumps, but as it envelops the sausage.

Now fry the sausages (I did one by one) in oil. Here again, the secret: to make the duster smooth and round, you need to always turn the sausage in oil, especially in the first minutes. That is put, see, that the dough hardly grasped - there and then turn and so on a circle if there are corners of the dough (in fact the bottom of the frying pan is flat), gently iron them with a spatula.

The clay should turn golden. Do not overdo it, but do not leave it too light - the dough inside will be damp. Like all dishes in oil - ready-made roots of the dog should be dried on paper towels. Serve perfectly with ketchup and mustard, you can use spicy sauces. The taste is terrific. This is not like the usual dough, the dough turns to the best of crunchy, very tender thanks to corn. The taste is rich and healthy combined with sausage.
