This cake with a rich pumpkin taste can be baked not only in the oven, but also in the multivark.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin flesh - 500 g
Orange juice - 50-100 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Semolina - 150 g
Orange - 1 pc.
Sugar - 200 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Butter - to lubricate the mold
Sugar powder - for filing
Preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes, place in a saucepan, add salt, sugar and a little orange juice. Stew on a small fire, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and the pumpkin does not become soft. Cut the pumpkin with a fork until uniform. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and cool. Stitch eggs one by one and mix. Then add semolina and leave the dough on the table for 30 minutes to make the croup swelled. Orange rinse well under running water and remove the zest from it. Add the zest into the dough, mix.
2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Form the baking paste with butter and sprinkle with a mango. Transfer the dough into a mold, put it in the oven and bake until cooked, about 30 minutes. Turn the cooked pie into a dish, cool, cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
