Lush and ruddy, my favorite patties with apples. Soft curd pastry and juicy apple filling, ideal for
home tea!
Preparation time: 50 minutes
Servings: 6-8
You will need:
For the test:
300 gr of flour
125 gr curd
100 g of sugar
100 ml of milk
75 ml of vegetable oil
1 bag of baking powder (10 g Dr. Oetker)
vanillin
1/4 teaspoons of salt
For filling:
4 medium sized apples
1 tbsp. A spoonful of sugar
1 tbsp. A spoonful of butter
How to cook:
1. Prepare the filling. In a frying pan, dissolve butter, add chopped apples and sugar. Fry the frying pan, and puff the stuffing on low heat until soft fruit, 3-5 minutes. Then remove the cover, cool the apples.
2. Cottage cheese combine with milk and vegetable oil, add sugar, salt, sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
3. Finish the dough into 10 parts, form the balls.
4. Each roll out, put the prepared filling on the dough.
5. Protect the edges.
6. Put the patties on a sheet of parchment paper and grease the egg.
7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
