Nutella with her own hands!





Found a recipe with great reviews! Everybody cooks it and is very, very happy!

Ingredients for Nutella's recipe:

milk - 4 glasses;
kernels of hazelnuts (peanuts or walnuts) - 3-4 tablespoons;
granulated sugar - 4 items;
wheat flour - 4 tbsp;
dark cocoa powder - 6 tablespoons;
butter - 1 pack;
salt - a half teaspoon.

Preparation:

1. We combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a bowl.

2. Then gradually, in small portions, pour the milk and stir immediately so that there are no lumps.

3. After all the milk has been poured, pour the contents into a saucepan and put it on the fire.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, so as not to burn and not stick to the bottom of the pan.

5. Then add crushed nuts or butter in the blender or grinded in mortar; salt and mix.

6. Cook Nutella on low heat, remembering to stir, until thick.

Ready Nutella cool, put in a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Welded in this way at home, Nutella is homogeneous, elastic and well spread on sandwiches, cookies, etc.
