THE MOST TASTY CREAM FOR CAKES



INGREDIENTS:
● Egg white (if small, then 5pcs.) - 4 pcs.
● Sugar - 1 stack.
● Vanillin-1 sachet
● Citric acid - 1/4 tsp.

PREPARATION:
Mix the whiskers lightly, add sugar, vanillin and citric acid. We put on a water bath, so that the water is already boiling and beaten with a mixer for 10-15 minutes.
